"According to a the folks at fitday.com, a health, fitness and nutrition website, junk food doesn't contain the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Inexpensive food a key factor in rising obesity"
There are plenty of healthy low-cost foods that we could choose to eat and most of them are on the "WIC" approved foods you will find in the grocery store--beans, rice, eggs, grains, soy products, fresh or frozen fruits/veggies, milk, canned fish(tuna or salmon). "Americans are spending a smaller share of their income (or corresponding amount of effort) on food than any other society in history or anywhere else in the world, yet get more for it."

Don't become a Victim--Demand Respect!
Ladies~Be Powerful, Respectful and Outspoken in your Profession AND Require for ALL professionals with whom you do business, especially men, to Respect YOU!(If YOU feel you deserve it--there are no options, you must have respect!). It does not matter if someone likes you, they must respect you first. Demand a "Zero Tolerance" for sexual/physical/emotional involvement/harassment from any and all professional/business relationships--male and female! Professional relationships which transition into personal relationships should be recognized for what they have become and not for what they were originally intended. Don't be embarrassed by those who DO deceive you--and there will be many who will deceive you because you are strong, powerful and beautiful women--DON'T ALLOW yourself to get in a compromising position, therefore, you can stand up and say "NO!", "What the Hell are you doing!!!", Get mad!!--Whether you are in the board room, in a hotel gym, on a business trip, in a partner's office, being trained by your "trainer", walking to your car in a parking deck, on a date, etc, etc, YOU HAVE TO DEMAND RESPECT! You don’t have to be submissive which keeps you from becoming a victim.
