Don't become a Victim--Demand Respect!


Ladies~Be Powerful, Respectful and Outspoken in your Profession AND Require for ALL professionals with whom you do business, especially men, to Respect YOU!(If YOU feel you deserve it--there are no options, you must have respect!). It does not matter if someone likes you, they must respect you first.  Demand a "Zero Tolerance" for sexual/physical/emotional involvement/harassment from any and all professional/business relationships--male and female!  Professional relationships which transition into  personal relationships should be recognized for what they have become and not for what they were originally intended.  Don't be embarrassed by those who DO deceive you--and there will be many who will deceive you because you are strong, powerful and beautiful women--DON'T ALLOW  yourself to get in a compromising position, therefore, you can stand up and say "NO!", "What the Hell are you doing!!!", Get mad!!--Whether you are in the board room, in a hotel gym, on a business trip, in a partner's office, being trained by your "trainer", walking to your car in a parking deck, on a date, etc, etc, YOU HAVE TO DEMAND RESPECT!  You don’t have to be submissive which keeps you from becoming a victim.

Wiley: Snacking Contributes to Fatty Liver and Abdominal Obesity

"Results show that high calorie diets increased BMI.  Eating more frequent meals significantly increased IHTG, while larger sized meals did not.  Researchers found that belly fat increased in the high fat/high sugar frequency group and in the high sugar-frequency group.  A decrease in liver insulin sensitivity was found in the high fat/high sugar-frequency group."
